It drizzled throughout this quick couple shoot but they were both great sports!! The Garden of Gods definitely made a completely different backdrop than anything I've used before. 

Personally, I have found shooting a couple is completely different from a family. Once you get the two of them two interact all you have to do as a photographer is sit back and snap! Fun, RIGHT?!?!

A precious family. Dear friends. 

Spending the afternoon taking pictures of the Carr family was wonderful.  It worked out so that we were able to take family pictures out on their property.

I always feel so honored when friends of mine ask me to take pictures of their family. Even though at times it can be difficult to shift from the role of friend to photographer, it's SOOOO worth it.  Oh and did I mention WAY more fun!!! The Littles are a precious family full of love and life. Each of them are definitely gifted with a passion for art. I think laughter and joy must fill the air around them. Thanks so much Little family for putting up with me!!!

This was by far the BEST photo shoot I've ever been able to do. PERIOD. STATEMENT. DECLARATIVE. SENTENCE. I so loved getting to meet their family... the whole experience was spectacular!! It really made me feel like I have the coolest job ever (Well, I guess I do)!
